Most of last year my taskbar just randomly froze, so you never knew what the actual time was, or which programme was going to open when you clicked an icon in the taskbar.
a few things are recovered, the missing add-ons are a pita
it took several goes to recover amazon and gmail, some machine generated passwords might have survived via the phone and an old version of firefox
the new"helpful" things are less than welcome, it is bad enough when i decide what to doand what is permitted, being told by MS on a page that looks like tiktok tried ketamine that they are there to help was a little annoying
Little has changed in a year. We, the end user, are not to be considered as we are a danger to all the novelty systems that the big boys consider profitable and money making. As in many things, technology is not here for us.
