Most of last year my taskbar just randomly froze, so you never knew what the actual time was, or which programme was going to open when you clicked an icon in the taskbar.

Little has changed in a year. We, the end user, are not to be considered as we are a danger to all the novelty systems that the big boys consider profitable and money making. As in many things, technology is not here for us.
