I'm making some flatbreads today and the recipe calls for warmed natural yogurt.

Please could someone tell me the best way to warm it? I've never done it before.

I'm imagining the warmth is just to get the yeast going. Personally I'd stick it in the microwave for 30 secs or so.... but if you don't mind how long they take rising you could probably not bother especially if you have a warm spot in which to put the dough
