Ingredients Handful wild garlic leaves, washed and coarsely shredded. 2 or 3 duck eggs (depending on greed/size of your pan) beaten with S&P and a small splash of water. Lump of butter. Recipe Heat frying pan. Chuck in butter, when foaming add ransoms and sweat for a minute. Pour in eggs and make into an omelette. Comments

dill goes well with duck eggs the garlic is lush round here at the mo
